How do I search for an item I want to buy?

You can find everything you need from the home page. You can click on featured bands or movies. You can use the category tabs along the top to browse a Product Category. Browse Artists & Bands by clicking on the first letter of their name on the Browse By Letter table along the top. The search function at the top left of every page lets you enter catalog item numbers, keywords and phrases.

Is all your merchandise new?

Yes, all merchandise we sell is unused and unworn merchandise.

Is all your merchandise official and licensed?

Yes. All items are officially licensed by the band or other license holder. We do our best to make sure all of our merchandise, music or otherwise, is original,fully licensed merchandise.

Do you manufacture any of the merchandise you sell?

We do not hold licenses for any major label artists and therefore do not manufacture anything we sell. All merchandise is purchased through reputable distribution channels.

Why don't you carry an item in my size?

We try to offer the widest selection of sizes available to us. If you do not see your size, it is possible that it is not offered or the demand for that item does not warrant stocking the item. If a specific size is required please use our Size filter located on the left side of most pages.

Why can't I find my favorite bands merchandise?

We try to carry the widest selection of artists you will find anywhere. There does however, need to be a demand for any merchandise we would be willing to offer. If you are interested in seeing your favorite bands merchandise please let us know. We'd love to hear from you. If you know a band that would like us to carry their merchandise, please let us know or have them get in touch with us. We try our best to carry a wide selection and are always expanding our horizons.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed to your original form of payment. Once a return has been processed, a credit card refund can take up to 2 to 10 business days to appear on your account and refund checks are processed bi-weekly.

What is your return policy?

If you are unhappy with a product for any reason please contact us within 60 days. We will happily exchange or refund items that are returned in original condition. You will however be charged a $5.00 restocking fee ($10.00 for shoes). Worn or washed items, underwear, swim wear, body jewelry and posters are not returnable. Opened DVD's, CD's and books can only be exchanged for the same item if defective. Customers are responsible for return postage. Shipping is non-refundable.

Refused and undeliverable orders will be refunded for the merchandise cost, less re-stocking fee and shipping/handling or can be reshipped at the customer's expense. Please note that international orders that are refused will incur a surcharge that will affect any refund.

How are my packages shipped?

Rockabilia determines the most efficient shipping for your order. The carriers we use are United States postal service (USPS, United Parcel Service (UPS), Speed Dee and DHL. All Priority Handling orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. 2 Day and Overnight orders are sent UPS, delivered Monday-Friday only and are not available for PO Box, APO and FPO addresses. Back ordered items follow by Standard delivery.

How Do I Order?

Ordering On-line:
After filling your shopping cart with the desired items, proceed to checkout to select shipping options and securely enter you payment information.

Ordering On-line With Mail In Payment:
If you prefer, you can create your order on-line and select 'Check Or Money Order' for payment method. Submit your order. When the invoice is shown select the 'Print Invoice' button. You then mail this in with your payment. Make checks payable to Rockabilia and mail to:

All check orders are held for 15 days pending approval by bank.

Ordering By Fax:
If you prefer, you can create your order on-line and select 'Fax Ordering' for a payment method. Submit your order. When the invoice is shown select the 'Print Invoice' button. Write your credit card number and expiration date across the bottom of the invoice and fax it to 952-556-1131.

Ordering By Phone:
You can call to place your order directly. Our telephone number is (952) 556-1121. Please have your credit card information and product SKUs available (ready) when calling.

What if I never received my order and my package is returned to you?

If we receive your package returned to us, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the problem. If there is an error in the address provided to us, you will be responsible for a re-shipping fee.

No! We do not sell, share, trade or show anyone your e-mail address or anything about you. We consider all information you give completely confidential, therefore you will never get junk e-mail or real junk mail because of us.

What does the 'Image Not Available' box mean?

This is usually marking a brand new product. In order to offer items as soon as possible we will include items on our web site before we receive it or artwork to picture. Be patient. A picture will soon be added.

Why is my country not listed?

Due to the amount of Credit Card fraud in some countries we can not accept payment from all regions of the world.
