Being close to LX, another member of 187 Strassenbande and in 2013 he released a collaborative album Obststand with LX making it to number 5 on the German Album Chart. Together with LX, he was nominated at the Echoverleihung awards in 2016 as "Best newcomer". On March 24, 2017 Maxwell released his debut album Kohldampf, a 3-CD album.
