Yeah, yeah…we know. You don’t REALLY need to hear how every company you’ve ever ordered from is handling the Coronavirus Pandemic, but Everybody Else Is Doing It, So Why Can’t We?
First and foremost, we are taking the situation very seriously, and have altered the way our company runs (temporarily) as a result. Several members of our staff are now working from the safety of their own homes, in an effort to cut down on the amount of people that are in our shared working space. The remaining employees in our building are warehouse workers, and they are operating as a skeleton crew (in order to adhere to the CDC’s gathering limits and social distancing guidelines). What does this mean for you though?
Placing a new order (In Stock items):
There should be little to no interruptions on getting you our In Stock items as quickly as possible (per usual). As long as what you’re ordering clearly states “In Stock,” then your order should dispatch from our facility within 24-48 hours. And at this time, FedEx, USPS, etc. are NOT experiencing any delays on their end (although that could change).
Placing a new order (Special Order items):
This is where things get just a bit more complicated. If you’re ordering a product that states “Special Order: Estimated 8-21 day shipping delay depending on the impact of COVID-19 on each supplier,” that means this item ships to us from one of our many merch suppliers, and because some have been severely impacted by strict “Shelter In Place” restrictions, there might be a longer processing time, which is why we switched our usual 7-12 days to 8-21 days, just to be safe. In most cases, however, it will NOT take up to 21 days to get you your order. But, we’d like to err on the side of caution and be up front with you, so please understand that this longer than usual wait time CAN happen. If you’d like to inquire about specific products at this time, please don’t hesitate – we’ll relay as much information to you as possible.
