In 2003, producers Ariaan ''Aad'' Olieroock and Peter Kriek joined forces to become the 16 Bit Lolitas. Since their intial collaboration, track after track has been carefully crafted to create unique atmospheres and deliver powerful beats without using the trite standards of the modern industry. Classic 16BL is still in high demand as DJ's the world over still yearn for distinct tracks to separate their sets from the hordes. Shinichi, imprint of Sharam's Yoshitoshi label, released two tracks for the duo in 2006 that have been hailed as two of their most impressive productions to date. On side A, ''Puppet Show,'' takes a more subtle approach with a laidback beat and cozy baseline. Side B sees the epic, ''Sedna,'' a staple for the pair as well as the industry.
