In 2000, Mallorca Dj's Juan Alcalde, aka Spider, and Carlos Legaz met while performing around their Spanish home town. After comparing notes, both realized that they had a very similar feel for music which led them into the studio. Their first single, ''In Love,'' was met with great acclaim and ended up being mixed by Deep Dish for their Global Underground: Toronto release. From here, the duo picked up steam and gained recognition on an international level, which would eventually lead to their first massive production, a remix for Deep Dish's smash, ''Sacramento.'' Having completed several more remixes, the pair landed with Sharam once more on label imprint, ''YO!'' with two original recordings. ''Psych'' and ''Majorca Roots'' are the result of a dedication to producing original, infectious tracks and are a testament to their hard work.
